The work is intentionally hands-on. We read architecture, review controls, talk to engineers, map evidence, write board-ready summaries and help teams make changes they can keep operating.
Most engagements are in regulated fintech and EMI environments, or SaaS teams heading into ISO 27001, PCI DSS or a serious enterprise procurement.
Scopes are tight, timelines are honest, and the goal is always to leave the team more capable than when we arrived.
